Convicted child killer Marybeth Tinning could be facing more indictments in the deaths of her children.
A Schenectady County grand jury is considering evidence in the deaths of two Tinning children, 19-day-old Timothy and 5-month-old Nathan.
Tinning is already serving a 20-year- to-life prison sentence for the 1985 death of 4-month-old Tami Lynne.
All nine Tinning children died before reaching the age of 5 and only the January 1972 death of 8-day-old Jennifer is considered by investigators as not being suspicious.
