RTI TECHNOLOGIES AWARDED CONTRACT FOR BLASTING NON-ELECTRIC

According to DOD: RTI Technologies, LLC, Columbia, Conn., wasawarded a $15,764,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The award will provide for theprocurement of M11 cap, blasting non-electric, 30-foot shock tubes.Work will be performed in Columbia, Conn., with an estimatedcompletion date of June 28, 2016. The bid was solicited through theInternet, with 3 bids received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command,Picatinny Arsenal, N.J., is the contracting activity (W15QKN-11-D-0177).
